Beer group with great tradition in Mexico, which operates 6 plants with more than 16,000 workers, has a production line that had recently been installed.
Our challenge:
- Full knowledge of the production line.
- Study and mastery of the instrumentation, control and programming of the line.
- Development of a matrix of skills required for technical staff.
- Development of preliminary strategies to increase plant personnel skills.
